What data are recorded by Big5 Relocation?
You rent your property
If you enable Big5 Relocation in the rental of your property, the relocation office will record the following information:
- Your name, address and contact details such as your telephone number and e-mail address
- The reason for rental, for example, larger housing or change of work
- The date of registration of the house and the period that the house is for rent
- The description and characteristics of the home such as the rental price, the year of construction, the surfaces and layout, and the cadastral data
- Photos and videos of the home
- The reason for a possible withdrawal of the mediation assignment
- When the property is rented: the transaction details such as the rental price and the transaction date
- Other information that you provide to your relocation office
You are looking for another property
If you enable Big5 Relocation when renting a property, the relocation office will record the following information:
- Your name, address and contact details such as your telephone number and e-mail address
- The search profile in which your living requirements are included
- Information about your current home, such as the rental price
- The reason for renting, for example, larger housing or change of work
- Your age and income categories and family composition
- When you have rented a home: the transaction details such as the rental price and the transaction date
- Other information that you provide to your relocation office
You rent a property
When you have rented a property and the landlord has been assisted by Big5 Relocation, the relocation office can record the following data:
- Your name, address and contact details such as your telephone number and e-mail address
- Information about the property you have rented, such as the address, characteristics of the house, the rental price and the transaction date
- The reason of rent
- Your age and income categories and family composition
- Information about your old home, such as the rental price
- Other information that you provide to your relocation office
Where does Big5 Relocation use this data for?
You rent your property or you are looking for another property
Your relocation office uses your information to execute the relocation office assignment you have given him. Your data can also be used:
- To bring your property to the attention of the public, on the website of the relocation office or in rent brochures
- To carry out valuations and other valuations (your home is only used as a reference building)
- To carry out analyzes and reports so that your relocation office can improve his services
- For sending information about your relocation office's products and services; if you wish to opt out of this, you can contact your relocation office.
Security and storage period
